Am at DOHA International Airport

I am now at DOHA International Airport, waiting to transit to Zurich, Switzerland to shoot a wedding between a Malaysian indian bride and a Swiss groom. Excited but yet pressurized and challenged. With Kenneth’s winning WPPI award photos and Jon’s amazing TTD’s photos, I felt challenged but in a good way. It is a positive challenge to me as I know I should time and again challenge myself to do better. And as I do that, I will give myself a lot of pressure. I started to rethink the initial feeling when I first decided to become a photographer, passion. Passion was what drove me to be a photographer and what drove me to continue learning and shooting creative and nice photos for my clients. I am humbled this time, and with gratitude thank God for giving me the chance to do what I love to do and now even at an international stage. Nothing else does matter now.
Stay tune, pics from Switzerland…
Shootfest 001

Shootfest 001 is now over and it was great! Have met with many people and shared experience. I was one of the speaker and it was actually my first time talking about my experience about wedding photography. Actually, was quite panicky while presenting and when it was over, I felt great! We also had a brief crazybooth and we enjoyed it. Hope everyone who was present managed to grab something out from this unconference event. Can’t wait for the next one next year!!!
Here are some crazy booth photos:

Here’s Jason and Ian who helped me out with the crazy booth setup along with Jon.

From left: Slyvia, Matthew, Fiona and Grace.

Three great female photographers : Grace, Jenny and Fiona

Ali who have done few poses for me,

The tallest photographer I know, Andy Chin and also Paul Kong.

These two guys were great posers – Adrian and Joshua!

The gang from Wedding Story – Eeyern, Mark, Grace, Alex, Kee Sitt, and Sharon

And me, during my talk – Creative Portraits – How do you get inspired? Photo taken by Ian. Thanks bro!
