Varun + Canniff = From India with Love
February 2, 2010 | Filed Under Prewedding/Engagement Sessions
I was in New Delhi, India last October to shoot the wedding of Canniff and Varun. It was a few days affair. The second day while I was there, I was shooting some casual portraits for them around Delhi. We actually started at the gates of India and there were a lot of tourists as well as locals. Our shooting session attracted a lot of onlookers, and some wanted to take some photos with my beautiful bride and handsome groom, thinking that they are some actor and actresses. Soon, it got attention of the security police there and we have to move away from the crowd. We ended up having a nice and quiet portrait sessions in one of a hidden park in the city of Delhi. Here are some photos I would love to share,
Taken near the India gate…
This photo was shot with me inside the car as this area is the government center and strictly no photography of this such. Those cars parked by the road are used by the government ministers of India,
Inside the park that we went to, was this old tomb, fascinated by its architecture and lovely carving art on the walls. Varun said my expression was so excited when I touch ground into the interior of this tomb, and indeed I was!!
killing…

We did some more shoots at this train museum where Varun’s dad used to bring him there when he was young,
My couples usually have to do some major if not minor exercise, in this case, they have to climbed up onto this train’s platform,
This shooting session has ended but it was just the beginning of their wedding,

This shot was taken on the day of their wedding ceremony.
