Sri and Julianna had both an Indian wedding ceremony and a garden beach wedding. It was our honor to be able to capture both the events. Here are the photos from both their Indian wedding cermony held at Sri Subramaniar Temple as well as their garden beach wedding at Rasa Sayang Resort.
Loved details from Indian weddings…Julianna got ready at the Grand Dorsett Subang
Umbrella courtesy of Julianna’s friend who visited Thailand recently and brought it to the wedding, lovely prop..whole day! 😀 First time meeting Julianna and she was quite natural in front of the camera.
One of my fav of the day!
Sri’s sister Rajash (left pic) was the one who managed and planned most of their wedding in Malaysia since they are both based in overseas.
Loved the colors and always enjoy a mix culture wedding..that’s the beauty of Malaysia
Thumbs up for the bride after the change of saree!
Loved their emotions!
A short dinner and party later on after the wedding ceremony.
Told you the umbrella was their fav prop throughout the day! 😀
On the same weekend, they had another beach garden wedding in Rasa Sayang Resort Penang. It’s been a while since I last shot here. Still enjoyed a garden wedding despite the humid and hot weather in Malaysia. Thankfully, the wedding was held in a more shaded area in Rasa Sayang Resort. Here are the rest of the photos from Sri & Julianna’s exchange vow ceremony in Penang.
(right) Sri holding a photo of his late mother…
Really quick portrait session before the ceremony started…
Bridal party awaiting for the grand march in…Julianna’s friend was the official for their ceremony.
My first time shooting a father (Sri’s dad, right pic) as the bridal party, cool! 🙂
Here came the couple!
When you were once a wedding storyteller, each details tell a part of the wedding. Sri and Julianna had set up a table with photos of their ancestors and it was like they were there to witness one of the important event of their life. On left, was the photo of Sri’s late mother while on right, was the parents of Julianna’s. They certainly were blessing both of them in Heavens.
Before the ring exchange, they had every guests blessed the rings. This was also a first to me. It was very meaningful with all the well wishes and blessings from every guests that attended their wedding.
And they are pronounced husband and wife!
And you may kiss your bride…again under those lovely sun rays.
For your info, Rasa Sayang beach is not a private beach, therefore this requires some PS to edit “most” of the tourists out of the photo! 🙂 Loved their expression in this pic so worth the time!
Loved this girl to girl moment, one of fav!
The guys’ shot!
Some emotional speeches were made during dinner. Really loved capturing candid moments like these.
Well composed by Amelyn, with the L.O.V.E. in the background
And party throughout the night!
We were thankful to be there to witness Sri and Julianna’s mix culture wedding. Fun, laughters and tears filling both ceremonies. Thanks again for having us there to capture such lovely moments!
